wah taj !!!
Taj Mahal has been voted as no. 1 on the list of the seven wonders of the world. I'm proud of Taj, my country and also its population (for a change) because had we not been such an overpopulated country, 80 million people would not have voted for Taj. Yea...thats superb I know..80 million!!! Whoaa...thats something !!! I was thrilled when I heard Taj made it to the final seven. At last some good news for India, I thought. (Keeping in mind the disastrous cricket world cup 2007) . Last night , there was this program on India TV where people were calling up just to express how happy they were on hearing this news. It was nice to hear that people really feel for their country, as much as I do. But the problem here is, everyone feels, and thats all they do about it.

i didnt vote for taj, i think the list was crap....
just to remind you dear ...you're talkin abt another era all together..60 yrs. have passed since then..nd mind u...dats a LOT OF TIME..
hey no, ppl did put in an effort to put taj on d list...see frm 14 to 10 to 4...

@krits : ok..i agree..it was solely people's efforts which made taj enter d list f 7 wonders..but what i mean to say is dat..smsing nd voting online for taj is ok..dats d most they can do..they dnt really participate in the ACTUALLY trying to transform the country..or making it a better place to live, say. for eg. we still drop a lays' chips wrapper on the road saying dat its already dirty..no one makes d extra effort..dats wat !
